The AsPEN Special Interest Group held its annual meeting during the International Society for Pharmacoepidemiology (ISPE)‘s 41st Annual Meeting in Washington, DC, on August 25, 2025. The meeting brought together a diverse group of researchers, trainees, and collaborators from across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.
The session provided an opportunity for both long-standing and new members to introduce themselves, share their research interests, and learn about ongoing activities within the network. With strong participation from multiple countries and regions, the meeting highlighted the growing reach and collaborative spirit of AsPEN.
Members discussed ongoing initiatives, including the development of an AsPEN webinar series and collaborative research projects focused on healthcare databases in the Asia-Pacific region. These discussions generated valuable ideas for future multinational studies and opportunities for collaboration.
